Spray solvent coating is a coating method in which an organic solvent is used as the solvent or dispersant of the coating, and the coating film is formed by volatilizing the organic solvent after coating.
It has a wide variety of colors and can express a wide variety of textures such as pearl, matte, leather, and metallic tones.
Various functionalities such as water repellency, fingerprint resistance, and scratch resistance can be added.
It is possible to form a film with such a wide variety of characteristics.
We mainly use spray painting, and we can handle a wide range of products, from high-mix low-volume production to mass production using robots. We also maintain a clean room to remove dirt and dust, which are said to be natural enemies of painting.
